Villa Vinaria is a 5 bedroom, 5 ½ baths, exclusive, extraordinary Viennese villa with heated pool, fountains, gardens, spa and gym.  It’s an ideal location, in the most prestigious neighborhood, just minutes to the city center and the famous vineyards overlooking Vienna and the countryside. This luxurious Villa was inspired by the aristocratic European houses of the past. Originally a family villa from the early 1920’s, it was meticulously redesigned and completely reconstructed in 2007, by an American Designer and Architect. Architectural antiques were re-fitted throughout the villa from all over Europe to bring back the richness of the time. There are spectacular and ample outdoor living areas for dining and entertaining. The house is a perfect blend of quiet sophistication from the past, and the modern comforts of today.

Villa Vinaria can be also rented for small intimate events.  The Dining Room seats 14 people.  Outside on the terrace, two large tables can also seat 14 people.  Of course, you can bring in your own catering company and rental furniture as the outdoor garden terrace can hold 40+ people.
